About Us

Ola delivers organizational development, business strategy, and transformation services to companies of all sizes, from startups to multibillion-dollar corporations.

Based in Orange County, our boutique firm delivers comprehensive solutions to clients throughout North America.

Team

Simon Stopol (Founder & Principal) is a multidisciplinary executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning strategy, sales, finance, operations, and digital transformation across management consulting, food, and pharmaceuticals.

His background includes corporate roles at Fortune 500 companies Novartis Pharmaceuticals and ConAgra Brands, complemented by entrepreneurial experience founding two SaaS platforms for the food industry. He holds an MIT Sloan MBA in Financial Engineering, is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and maintains an active lifestyle which includes athletic conditioning and outdoor recreation.

The rest of the team includes seven seasoned software engineers and three UI/UX designers.
